Channel Sales Representative – Europe, Middle East and Africa

Our success has been achieved by selling through channel distribution, managed by a team of regional sales representatives. In order to further contribute to our growth agenda, Rajant is recruiting additional channel sales representatives in the Middle East and mainland Europe reporting to the Director of Sales – Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Actively attract, recruit, manage, and develop sales partners.
  • Actively engage existing assigned base of “core” sales partners in pursuit of maximum base revenue performance
  • On-board new sales partners and steward them to achieve targets
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (quotas)
  • Work with the marketing department to develop Partner Sales strategies to enhance Rajant’s reputation.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding Rajant products, services, processes and procedures.
  • Support sales partners in front of end user customers
  • Travel as required to build new, and nurture existing relationships with prospective and existing Sales Partners and end user clients when required
  • Attend company and team meetings, as well as onsite and offsite trainings and events
  • Perform other tasks and special projects as required

Qualifications

The minimum qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary for an individual to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable amounts of training are provided from both a technical and sales technique perspective.

Educational & Skills Requirements:

  • The ability to work without supervision and manage a territory efficiently
  • A college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Relevant RF Product experience – preferably in external/industrial environments
  • Knowledge and experience of IP Networking environments
  • Indirect Channel & Distribution Experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, writing and editorial abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of Top Performing sales success
